FIT OUT​

This boutique Paddington retail outlet was previously a video and formal wear shop. The two outlets were combined and restored to its original turn of the century roots. It had been badly structurally damaged by previous fit outs and required extensive repair to make it structurally sound. This multi level premises now includes a retail outlet, cafe, commercial kitchen, office, two store rooms four bathrooms and sub let small studio.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT​

The Original Bagel Company expansion in 1990 involved the project management of the fit out of three retail outlets and the relocation of its bakery from West End to a custom built premises in Bowen Hills. OB Carpentry sought tenders for key elements, contracted fabrication and installation. Managed the multiple trades involved to facilitate this expansion.

CUSTOM FABRICATION​

We custom fabricated these cafe counters from recycled timbers to match the era of the building. Proving to be an economical result for the client rather than engaging a cabinet maker.
